MG MGF Technical - Windstop fitting instructions?
About to buy a used MGR windstop - Does anyone know where I can find some fitting instructions online? |

Sparko Ask the person for the original template - you will need that for making the holes in the T-Bar. Or of course by a Mike Satur or Newton Commercial unit - no drilling required. Ted |

Thanks...just found a few tips in the archives too. |

just measure the places where the holes need to be drilled from the vendor's T-bar. If drilled with a small drill, it does not need to be all that exact, as the T-bar can be cut with a knife to adjust the hole. Afterwards, the hole is covered anyway with the feet of the windstop... |

I think Dieter's site has fitting instructions including templates. However, I might be wrong. |

Oops, I thought that my link would take you directly to the page. It's called "Windstop 2" at the bottom of "MGF Knowhow". |
