MG TD TF 1500 - A 'HOT' record
Today In Adelaide we had the dubious honour of being "The hottest capital city Christmas Day in the world" the MG's stayed inside. It made 41.3c or just over 106f. Don TF 4887 "Figaro' TC 1736 "Sibelius' |

Wow! I have never been to Oz or NZ and look forward very much to summer in winter at some point over the next few years. The wife and I both have a hankering to visit. Simon, Troy, Il. |

Here in sunny Southern California it was around freezing last night, and not exactly warm today. |

Temp on Christmas day here in NE Oklahoma hit 73 degrees! I think it was a record. 60 degrees today. Tomorrow it might be 10 and 40 mph winds, good old Oklahoma weather! PJ |

Dallas Texas was a lot cooler at only 80F. And, I think it was are our warmest Christmas. A week ago we were 14F. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

A bit further north here near ST. Louis is and it has been foggy, now raining, in fact chucking it down and approaching 60 degrees. Much rather have a clear blue sky, snow on the ground and temps well below freezing. |

It is not particularly cold in Scotland but it is so damp with constant leaden skies. I can cope with the weather though, what really p****s me off is the condensation in my garage. I don't have a dehumidifer and the TF and my tools are constantly wet. If I total what I have spent on WD40 I could have bought a dehumidifer. Happy Hogmany Jan T |

Here in Northern California, we are sunny and a balmy 30 degrees F. Dog is back in bed; battery keeper is on the TD until this afternoon. Should make minimal driving temps. |

Lots of snow up here in Vancouver BC 🇨🇦🇨🇦. Kind of unusual and cuts into T-Series driving time ![]() |

We just returned from a memorable trip to NZ and OZ where we met lots of friendly and helpful people and also encountered weather extremes: Cold and rainy days with fresh snow low on the mountains on the west coast of New Zealand’s South Island, and the day before we left for home a muggy high of 36C (97F) in the center of Sydney, and a few degrees higher than that in the inland suburb where we spent the night. I had hoped to meet up in Sydney with Peter H. of this forum, but we had a change in our schedule so that fell through. Maybe next time. The only MG I saw on the trip was a red B driven by a guy in a Santa Claus suit waving to people on the sidewalk as he drove through the streets of Christchurch. Joe |

Don Walker, sounds like you live in an interesting place. Just finished reading about it in Bill Bryson's book "In A Sunburned Country" Bob |
