MG TD TF 1500 - Aluminum Brake Drums

Abingdon Parts is selling Aluminum brake drums for $475.00, but doesn't say what their for. I emailed them with this question but no reply. Anyone know and which car their for? PJ

6 stud holes is MGA fronts, could be a generic picture

They look to be the same as the ones shown in the A/S catalog on page 67, Item #57. These are identified as 'Heavy Duty Cast Iron Brake Drums for TA-TB-TC' They seem to have the same hole pattern. Bud

I see them listed for a TC on page 29 of the A/S Catalog....@ $425.00.....each I would expect. Really Cool....

They look to be TC to me. The TC has two countersunk holes for flat head screws.

I would be seriously tempted if they were for a TF and were cast iron with aluminium fins rather than aluminium with an iron liner. For the front only. I don't see a need for them on the back.
