MG TD TF 1500 - Australia Coronation Auto Badge

Paul, there are a few different ones
Not real sure what you mean by an Australian badge---
There's a roundish one with the Union Jack in it-1953 celebration badge
There's the normal fretwork style-1953
And a bit more rare is the fretwork style but on the bottom instead of the coronation writing it has something like royal tour or Australian tour 1954
Just wondering which particular one you're after-

Willy, I had a similar query? I haven't seen one in person, but know of members who collect all types of car badges. Paul, a photo of what you are after would help.

Slightly off topic, my club is producing a "Centenary of MG Motoring" metal grille badge, as per image.

P.J. If you look on facebook for the Pre-War Register of Australia site it will tell you who and how to contact for these badges. I think they sold out the 1st lot, but now have more.Cheers.Ralph,TF 9181

Jennie told me that they were going on a trip in their pre-war MMM so that may be the reason you have not heard form her. She was very responsive to me when I first contacted her.
