MG TD TF 1500 - Auxiliary fuse panel fuse block?
Today I ordered the wire required to make the auxiliary fuse panel per Evans post of 2007.
My wife and I are Snowbirds spending the winter away from the BC Canada snow and one of my winter projects will be this harness. I would like a little help from anyone that has already done this in identifying any source of the non power bus fuse box, either a complete 12 or 14 position single box or a modular “buildable” type. I did ask British Wiring Inc if they had or could recommend another source for said Block but all he could recommend was Amazon and from my limited experience all I could see were “bus” type blocks. Many thanks for any help anyone can provide. Best regards Rod Murray 54 TF Project. |

I have yet to do this to my TD. I did look into it. However most of the suitable fuse blocks I found take the newer style fused. I wanted on older style cartridge fuse type of block. If you look at electricals for boats, there seem to be some there. The place below has some nice ones that look very authentic. https://www.vintagecarparts.co.uk/products/ca1433-fuse-box-8-fuse Just my 2C Jim B. |

Digikey also has the spade type fuse holders if that is your preference. digikey.com and search for fuse blocks. |

Thanks for the input folks! Found one on this side of the pond at Del City and it’s on it’s way here to AZ. Regards Rod Murray |
