MG TD TF 1500 - Best TD turn signal wire harness?
TD w/turn signals. I'm starting to amass a pile of bits and pieces for this winter's projects and the wire harnesses is at the top of the list. The original is working fine, but 62 years old and PO's patchwork...... So, I'm planning to do the main and dash, and plan to alter to add a bigger fuse box to divide up the circuits. I have a link that shows plans for this somewhere. I'm not doing a concourse resto, I'd just like to run with confidence and avoid dealing with trash, so who makes the best harnesses? ....... |

I had very good results from British Wiring https://www.britishwiring.com/ They have some pretty comprehensive catalogs, and you can mix and match special requirements, such as in my car with the added turn signals, but the dash operated dip switch. Warmly, dave ![]() |

I bought a harness from Autosparks for 'the53'. Their location for the turn signal relay is wrong. I had to locate the relay on top of the firewall instead of under it. Bud |

My harness obtained from Autosparks a couple of years ago had the correct wiring for the turn signal relay. Make sure you also get the right dip switch location. Tim |

It had the right dip switch wiring for a late TD, but the turn signal wires would not reach the OEM location for a late TD. Bud
