Isn't that the recycler for the rare, factory blind-loop water pump lubrication system?

Or a heater hose hooked up front-to-front so it doesn't drain everywhere?

Car had a heater at one time but no longer does. The plumbing...such as it is...is still in the car.

I have a wire wheel spare tire carrier left over from my TF restoration. Some pitting at the attachments as can be seen from the photo but otherwise solid. Only problem is whether it worth shipping from ME. Let me know if interested, bbrown@bayaero.com
