MG TD TF 1500 - Bonnet rest rubber

Can anybody tell me who in the UK supplies the correct profile rubber for a TD (cowl/bulkhead).The one I have does not have the right profile and is too thick.

Don't know about UK vendors, but Abingdon Spares in the US have just commissioned a run of stuff that is very close to the original. See:

Abingdon Spare does indeed have the proper profile per the latest email notice from them. Since you are in the UK, Brown and Gammons also has the correct profile. I bought one from them.
