MG TD TF 1500 - Choke modification
I recently modified my choke fast idle feature to the later style one with a cam as used on a Triumph TR3. Now the first 3/8ths inch of choke cable movement is only a fast idle feature and only further movement activates the enrichment. There is a full description of this modification in the August North American Classic MG magazine.

If you've not lost patience with this topic's request for prints of the American Classic MG article, I'd appreciate another one if possible. The magazine's web site (Facebook) doesn't have the info. My email: thomasw.moore@yahoo.ca. Thanks. |
