MG TD TF 1500 - Dash holes
Can anyone tell me what these countersunk holes either side of the glove box are for? Thanks, Bill ![]() ![]() |

Your wood looks like new wood pieces from somewhere. I'm guessing they are far the low fuel and other such warning lights. Or maybe the little plug for accessary light? Ed |

Bill, While I have never torn into my dash, I would offer that the holes are there for a mounting bracket, likely for an aftermarket radio. Warning lights and the accessory plug are centered under the gauge cluster. |

They are for two angle brackets to support a Smith’s HMV radio Bill Chasser TD/c-8151 |
