MG TD TF 1500 - george folchi

Any one have George Fulchi (sp) e mail or phone number? I had it but that was two computers ago and I no longer have it. he is the guru for superchargers.
TRM Maine

That would be for Judson Super Chargers... New York someplace but I don't recall where.

LaVerne, as you know the supercharger is in my blood. the homemade eaton talked about on this site is intriguing to me. I may get one and try and do it that way. As you may recall my engine was built up to take a supercharger but I had to sell it to build the engine. Just cant get them out of my mind...

It's a sickness Tom :-) Hope to be getting this hung on the B this weekend.

MG LaVerne

Good luck, hope it goes on with no trouble.
TRM Maine

LaVerne, you have an eaton on your TF. what is the length of the unit from the pulley to where the carb attaches?
TRM Maine

I'll have to measure it when I get a chance.

I seem to remember that this was a MP45 blower.

MG LaVerne

Thanks, that one looks nice.

LaVerne,
I can't remember if you have a 1250 or 1466 or whatever. The 1250 would need slower drive than the 1466 to have equal boost.
Does anyone know what the displacement that blower is? That is an important factor. I've got one on a Honda Civic and another just bouncing around in spare parts.
The Scot I'm working on has a rather large displacement, 1500cc. While it is torn down, I calculated the volume with a CAD program to verify.

Since I'm machining the pulley, I have to be within the ballpark on the diameters to achieve appropriate boost.
I'm erring to an extra large crank pulley diameter and can cut it down later to suit.
