MG TD TF 1500 - Happy New Year Everyone!
It was nice and cold, crisp, dry and clear. 25 degrees F at dawn, warming to a balmy 39. I could not resist taking the TD out for a late afternoon drive. With sunset approaching I grabbed this shot on a country back road here in Central Illinois. I have learned a lot already in my short dalliance with BBS. I know more about T nuts than I could ever imagine, since I had never heard of one before this week! Thank you for all the advice and input. I look forward to learning much more about my car in 2017. Happy New Year! ![]() |

I would have loved to take out TD out today (we used to drive it all winter, rain shine or snow) but the city mother and the county fathers see fit to spray our roads liberally with calcium chloride and until we enough rain to wash that crap off the roads both MGs will stay tucked in their assigned stalls in the garage. Cheers - Dave |

It was a balmy 30 degrees here for our New Year's Day run to Little River with the Vintage Car Club. Centigrade, of course. Lots of fascinating cars - 37 Mg's, 1 Hispano Suiza, one Ginetta, several Rileys, Cortinas galore, lots of Citroens and so on. Picnic in the shade of the trees, music from the local band, lots of interest from the local kids - not trying to make you jealous or anything. David ![]() |

A bit warmer New Year's Day in California, clearing up briefly between two rain storms. We took full advantage! (sorry, T-Types are out of frame)
