No sound although I suppose I could add some music....

Feed back would be welcome...including criticism...in case I should continue I could try and do better.

I enjoyed the video and the necessity of having a car hoist (on wish list) to make it easier and quicker.

How long (actual time) is covered in what you show on the 10min video?

FYI, I was pausing the clip each time to read your comments, as some were not given enough air time.

I like how you just showed the steps involved in getting to be able to remove the motor.

Looking forward to #2 etc.

Thanks Stuart....I wondered about the length of the captions....originally at 7 seconds which was way too long. Thought many might find this useless and boring. Time.... I'd guess about 5 hrs....but as you could see I work fast :-)

The sad part is the car has been sitting in that state now since September...waiting on some special engine bits but the work should commence this weekend.

Excellent record of the task LaVerne! I got exhausted just watching it.

Have you considered splitting your side panels? Saves a lot of dismantling.

Good job Mate.

LaVerne,

Brilliant record of what us TFers dread having to do ! Major league
disassembly when the motor has to come out.

Your Garage looks fantastic and of course,as expected,is as neat as a pin.

I have the diagrams and instructions on splitting the side panels and I may well do that when I get to the point of putting the car back together. I still have doubts that it would allow me to remove the blower but it certainly would make it easier to get at the dynamo lower front bolt which I find damn near impossible with them in place.

Once again your videos are great.

Didn't you used to have carpets on the garage floor?
Gene Gillam

Yep when the floor was still fairly new. Was nice to crawl around on. Been replaced with the lift. And as seen the floor isn't nearly so pretty.
