Cut and paste did not work for me. I searched the MG's on Craigslist in Baltimore but the TD was not seen.
Looks like an unrestored original? Maybe put a few more pics here? Any of the hood bows?

Looks like there are "lots" of MG items. If they all go with the car, then it would be a really great buy.

Looks like there are two (other on hood) of those motometers. Maybe you can just buy the extra one. :-)

Bud, thanks. Cut and paste didn't work the first time because the Craigslist url became magically embedded in the MG BBS Thread url. Past special into Word and deleting the "s" in "https" and then pasting that in the browser worked.

OK, yeah, that link doesn't work either, Jud.

Here's the deal... it's NOT listed under 'cars for sale' on Craigslist - that may be why you couldn't find it.

It's listed on the Baltimore Craigslist site under "FOR SALE -> AUTO PARTS-BY OWNER".

The title of the listing is "Mg td project car $5000"

It's also listed in another ad in Baltimore Auto Parts by Owner under this title:

"53 mgtd project car"

...and this ad has more photos than the other listing.

Historically we had a lot of bad links added for craigslist. That's why the links on this thread didn't work. I have removed that restriction now so the links will work when you click on them.

There's no need to do anything special for links; the BBS will make the link if it starts http:// or https://

Just enter it in the text https://baltimore.craigslist.org/pts/d/53-mgtd-project-car/6482121230.html as you would type it into the browser.

Asked the person about the parts. Said all MG parts in that room go with the car. will even let you help ID the parts.
Sure wish it was on this side of the states.. And the wife was not watching...

Did anyone see that the wiper motor is in the center of the windscreen. If this is correct for this car it is a late TD and would have a temp gage with oil presser gage and not need motor meter. Forrest TD/C/22679
