MG TD TF 1500 - Leather for seat needed

I have found someone who has agreed to take the time needed to re-stitch the original seats on my TF. The only problem is a couple of the pleats are unrepairable. If I can get remnant leather, the guy said he can replace the torn pieces. Any idea where I can get left over red leather?

It is going to be difficult to match new to old. You might ask on this site if anyone has any old covers they have replaced. Good luck on your quest. Larry

I have a whole hide of red leather that was bought by the previous owner of my PA and never used. If it is a reasonably close match, you are welcome to some of it. I doubt you can get an exact color from the attached photo, but maybe it will get you in the ballpark. It is not a bright red, but rather somewhat darker. I believe it came from Mike Collingburn in the 1980s.
