MG TD TF 1500 - Many Thanks
yesterday, at 14:15, after what has been an 8 year trek, I was able to start the engine in my rolling chassis 54 TF project. Apart from the archives and the many board members here whom I would like to thank I would especially like to thank George Raham of Harvey Heights Alberta Canada who travelled in to BC twice in a week to help me get it going? George has owned his 1951 TD since he drove it off the showroom floor in 1951. George has forgotten more about T series cars than I'm likely to learn. It was his tweaking of the carbs that finally allowed it to start. So thank you all who have helped as I now move on to the next portion of the job.... Everything else:) Best regards Rod Murray 54 tF |
