MG TD TF 1500 - Moss carpet update

G/day to all, it is with great pleasure that I can report that Mr Adam Chignell of Moss UK is going to replace my carpet set free of charge, it appears the set was made by a discontinued manufacturer, I presume it is as I said before that the set found it's way into Moss stock which it shouldn't have. in Adams words "This is totally unacceptable"
I believe this is great old fashion service and gives one confidence buying parts from this company.

Glad to hear some positive remarks re Moss for a change. They get bashed a lot for their quality control and probably rightly so, but to hear they are making the effort to make good is welcoming

Yes, all good PJ they didn't hesitate just had a look at my pic's and that was it, I think they were shocked that something like that ever made it out of their warehouse.

Yes Don they will pay for the shipping, must say I am impressed with the level of care from Moss, both Adam Chignell and Jonathan Ashcroft bent over backwards (so to speak) to get this sorted for me.
Only loss to me was the fact that I had glued the sound deadening to the carpet before I checked the fitment and I don't think it will like coming off.
