MG TD TF 1500 - Murphy’s Law at work.
Upgrading brake shoes yesterday, RH side all done, doing left side just did not look right. Discovered that I had fitted shell cylinders upside down, get to fix today. Damn Murphy. |

All fixed, dismantled the hose and banjos, had new washers on hand. Flipped the cylinders, connected it all together, pout shoes on and used vacuum bled the line. Fitted the drum and bled using Ezi-Bleeder, worked. Quick trip around the block, brakes working well. Longer drive tomorrow. Peter |

Dissassembed my door wood for restoration. Found one of the T Nuts was missing for the door latch bracket Sanded all the wood, filled all the holes, refitted the wood, redrilled the corner screw holes and then glued and screwed the joints. Then fastened all the steel to the wood with new nails. Yep, forgot about the missing T Nut. Wonder if they make an EZ lock threaded insert in BA? |

Bruce, if you go on a woodworkers site that has special fittings, such as antique furniture repair, you might find screw in bolt retainers, but I doubt if they will be in BA threads. PJ |

I believe 10-32 will work Bruce |
