MG TD TF 1500 - Not a T series but really nice
This black circa 1938 MGSA (I think) tourer is on display at the San Francisco International Auto Show this week. Owned by the Academy of Art University it was displayed along with a Morris Minor Traveller, a Jaguar Mark IV drophead and a Daimler SP250.

Looks like a Charlesworth body, very nice. Here is a picture of some of the saloons that made it to our Pre War rally at Bathurst recently. The one with the stickers competed in the Peking-Paris rally a while back. Matthew. ![]() |

That's quite an impressive line up, no less than 6, maybe 7 prewar MG saloons in a gathering. |

That was about 2/3rds of them John. Here is an SA Tickford. There were also three VA's and a WA. Matthew. ![]() |

Anyone coming to San Francisco would be wise to check out the above mentioned Academy of Art University Auto Museum. Maybe the best $10 afternoon to be found in the City. www.academyautomuseum.org They even have a TC and a TA. |
