MG TD TF 1500 - P & R Williams

I have a MG TD which I am restoring, fixed to the storage/tool box under the bonnet is the attached label. Have you seen it, and do you know what the actual wording is?

Gday Allan,
P&R Williams were the importers for NSW. All the MG's that passed through their hands had one of these plates attached to the tool box lid. Many have been lost or removed over the years. I have attached a photo of one from a TF. The border stripe was often done in different colours.
Have I checked my records for any history on your cars chassis number?

Hi Allan. P & R Williams were the Sydney importers & distributors of T Types. There was another mob whose name escapes me who distributed in Newcastle & rural NSW. Can't say I've ever seen one before. Matthew Majilton will no doubt be interested in your find & may be able to shed a bit more light. Cheers
