MG TD TF 1500 - radial tubes

i have radial tires on my car but not sure i have tubes in them. figured that is something i would fix this fall. where do you all get your tubes and what size? my tires are 165/R15's.

I get mine from Universal tire. Don't forget to order the plastic buttons that go arround the valve stems where they go through the rim.

AND, be certain to get tubes sized for your tires. No not use 'one size fits all radial tubes'. Bud

Is there any sort of offset or anything in the Valve stem? Or any size for it?

You can easily tell by checking the valve stems. If they are bulbous they are tubeless. If the rubber stem appears the same size or a bit smaller that the hole in the wheel then you have tubes.

sorry. i checked and do not have tubes. i meant is there anything special i need to order for the new tubes. i have seen numbers like TR13 on the tubes.
i emailed Universal, they probably will know what i need. Going to Hershey next week and assume they will be there.

Universal will be at Hershey. They are not too far from my spot on the red field. Tell them you want tubes for a TD, they will have them there. They always ask me if I want regular or heavy duty tubes, I always get the heavy duty. Don't forget the buttons.
