MG TD TF 1500 - SU Carb identify?

Sorry this is OT, but I found a couple of little 1 and 1/8" SUs in my stash of parts - I didn't know they came so small. A friend is looking for something for his stationary engine. Anyone know whether these are more useful for passing on to owners of Funny Old Cars? There is AUC 6005 on the body.
Yours,
John.

John.
Perhaps you should post on the Pre-war registar page, or on the pre-war register facebook page.Somebody there might be interested in them.
Cheers.

John,
the following website shows it as Morris MM but it could well have been on other vehicles too.

AUC6005 - body - to AUC452 carb, H1, (E) APHM-ON. SERIES MM.

SU Burlen's website, which I always find to be very patchy with info has - AUC 452, Morris Minor 1951-2, 918cc, single H1 carb.

That's great info, thanks Nigel. Looks as though it would not be a particularly sought after or hard-to-find part then.

I believe the Frog eye Sprites used a 1 1/8" carb

Hi John,
what is the spring checked adjuster by the flange.Air bleed?

John,
I don't know but it might be very sought after if it was only on the MM for 1951-2 and it's an original. The carb and many of it's parts may no longer be available - "Temporarily out of stock" can sometimes mean since Gawd was a young gurl.

I'd enquire on the early MM sites.
