Based on other TCs that have - and have not - sold recently, that seems like a perfectly fair price to me, maybe a bit on the high side. It's a car that has suffered from a typical 60's re-do, workmanlike but completely incorrect, and will need a lot - stored since 1983 it will AT LEAST need tires, brakes, carbs, etc. It is missing the air cleaner, and there is no indication that the engine is free, or even IF it runs.

If you have $20,000 it would make a good beginning, but you would need a few more thousand to make it presentable, IMHO.
