MG TD TF 1500 - TD Seat Bolster
I wasn't clear enough in previous inquiry, try to get dimensions (specifically the height of the wedged shaped bolster atop the wooden base of a TD seat

I didn't get any responses earlier, I hope to rebuild and upholster the seats this summer( recuperating from back surgery) I'm a full bodied individual so I want to make sure the seat isn't too high but has the right angle for comfort the dimension that is critical is the height of the plywood ramp |

I am sorry but I don't have the dimensions. Is your ramp missing? If not your problem is probably just worn out foam. See this page: https://www.mg-cars.org.uk/mgtd/mgtd_seat_padding.htm |

I spoke with Jon earlier today. He needs to get the height of the bolster portion of the seat to get enough support for his size. Just the foam won't do. Can anyone measure the height of the front of the bolster? Tnx, Bud |

6 7/8" to highest,6 1/8' to welting. Not sagging but redone 43 years ago. Hope this helps. Len |

Thanks, Len. I'll pass the word to Jon. Bud |
