MG TD TF 1500 - TD Tub screw specs

I'm now amidst a complete tub refurbishment on dad's TD/c. My screws were either missing or in such a state of decomposition they were mostly rendered useless for sizing. Has any one ever taken the opportunity to record the correct number, head type, size, length and location of all the wood screws? These specs are absent from Chris Couper's "the Original MGTD" site or other sources that I am aware of. FTFU seems to have them well documented for the TA-B-C Series but I know there is a great deal of difference when going to the TD-F series. Does anyone sell a kit of Stainless SMS or wood to replace the original steel wood screws? If not, I'm trying to make a list up for an order placement from FTFU.

Thanks

I'm told this information should be found in the TD Parts Specification Book. Any one have a copy of this publication and can send me the pages referencing these items?

This might help: http://www.ttalk.info/TD_Tub_wood_screw_sizes.pdf.

Thank you Jim and Richard for your sources. After reviewing both the lists both fall short in description neither show the thickness or head types. Only lengths and neither lists The screws proper locations. My screws that were removed for the most part are so badly damaged that it is nearly impossible to determine what they were.

A publication exists called "MGTD Parts Specification Book" which has this information. If anyone had a copy of this book and would care to share the information I would greatly appreciate it.

Bill, I have no first hand info on this publication, just reporting what I read on the internet.

I hope you find the material in this book useful. Reason I say this is others have reported its content as useless for restorers. They say it is mostly numbers used between the company and suppliers but useless these days.

Here's where you can get it:

put out feelers to everyone I know. maybe doug at ftfu knows offhand of the size you need?
Keith Yarbrough(TD 1275)

Keith. I worked out a rough list and made an order to FTFU. Received my order Friday. Will probably get started on framing and cursing midweek. I'm way out of my comfort zone but it's time to get my ears wet
