MG TD TF 1500 - TF Bronze Dash Paint Needed
Help, I ran out of bronze spray paint for the TF instrument panel before finishing the job and Moss does not stock it anymore. My options include a Moss distributer with a can on the shelf, or maybe someone has a full or partial can collecting dust in the garage, left over from an old job. Or, maybe there is a close equivalent color paint out there someone could recommend. I would appreciate any tips on how to proceed on this. thanks, Tyler |

Try Duplicolor wheel paint in Bronze. Light coats until you get the color you wish. the more coats .... the darker the bronze. Paint is available just about everywhere. ... CR |

I don't know if aerosols (rattle cans in the USA) of car touch up paint are freely available in the States but every car accessory shop in the UK stocks a large range. I wasn't prepared to pay the prices being charged by T Series suppliers so took parts of my dash board to Halfords and matched up both the bronze and red paint perfectly. I should have noted the names of the colours but didn't but think the bronze was called "Golden Sand" Cheers Jan T |

So is Moss just out of stock or are they no longer selling dash paint? Is this true for the other paints too? |

220-530 still listed, but as NA. Probably the best thing to do is what Jan did, have an original color matched. PJ |
