MG TD TF 1500 - TF Exhaust Pipe

Doing a test fit of the Moss SS exhaust system. Please let me know which end of the rear pipe (photo) connects to the rear of the muffler. Nothing is perfect with this system (the rear end of the down pipe should fit snuggly into the front muffler, but it's the same exact diameter as the muffler. The rear tail pipe (photo) is a noticeably different (smaller) diameter than the down pipe).

The right end in the photo. It then goes under the axle and up to the rear bracket.

Where did you get that chromed/SS hanger from? Moss sent me a painted hanger.

It's zinc plated and to remember where I got it from would be a chore, as I bought stuff from most all the suppliers at one time or another. The Falcon SS exhaust system I got from Moss, possibly the hangar came from them also,could be AS, but that was 5/6 years ago, I'm lucky if I remember what I had for breakfast! Grin.

Dang! The SS U clamps I ordered on line (Moss was out of stock) are too big. I need 1-3/4", but no one has 1-3/4" SS U clamps in stock. Gotta use mild steel.

This is whats on the TF, they came with my Falcon SS exhaust system and work very well. Look up Moose clamps. PJ
