MG TD TF 1500 - Tf fuel filter. In tank

Can anyone tell me the thread size for the filter or supply out of the tank?
I need to clean the threads in the tank.

Ensure you have the correct tap, there are two thread forms, BSPP and BSPT. From memory the thread in the tank bottom is parallel.

If anyone needs a tap to clean the threads in the tank, I have the 3/8 BSP tap.I can send it as a loaner.
