I received the W.K.F. Wood Memorial award for best technical contribution for 2022.

GL. I believe the Sacred Octagon magazine is on line, but a membership to the New England MG Car Club is required to access it.

I have been a member of NEMGTR for many years and have kept all issues of TSO. Before I dig them out and start searching, which issue was your article in?

I submitted a brake item for TSO a while back and it was printed. I use a 9" drum with the face cut off when doing repairs. As I remember, it was from a Ford Ranger. With the dummy drum ring in place I can see if the brakes are working properly and check for leaks before installing the real drum.

Congratulations ... prompted me to get out the April '22 issue and re-read your article - Darn good, too! Had no idea there were 3 different brake drums on the TD. So much of the early stuff came from the Wolsley parts bin. After WWII, it was 'export or die", so I guess they cut a few corners.
