MG TD TF 1500 - Time for a new owner of #8686

After several years of medical issues I have decided to let another sole enjoy my TD. It is listed n Ebay and Craiglist if anyone is interested:

I tried to link it here but it doesn't work. If interested just search for "1950 MG TD" on either site.

I don't have high hopes of selling but you never know till you try.

Ed. I did not see it on Ebay. But I am searching with my phone. Did you consider Bring A Trailer? TDs have been doing ok in price, and you can set a minimum.

Ed, that is such bad news.

I remember our discussions on the vagaries of our cars when you stayed with us for your visit to Goodwood Revival (and runnning out of fuel on the return journey).

As a near 80year old with a back which complains when bent over the engine bay for too long, eyesight which strains to see the keyway on a 4BA nut, arthritis frustrating placeing a nut on said screw, and struggles to lift a battery, I have to say, it is not yet time to give up!!!

Ian, we still remember fondly our visit to your wonderful country and the gas issue returning from Goodwood! It was a lifetime event!
As far as my health, let's just say my aching back is minor in comparison.
But I am a stubborn old 74 year old geezer and hope to continue the British car tradition in a new modern version in the coming months. I'll post here when that happens.
