MG TD TF 1500 - Wanted: engine stabilizer bracket

Does anyone have an engine stabilizer bracket lying around they would like to sell. Abingdon and Moss want $75.00. I'll pay it if I have to, but would rather buy from one of the group.

Sorry, I just realized that I said engine stabilizer bracket....not bracket...what I need is the stabilizer bar assembly.

Doubtful you will find a decent used one. Quite a bargain for the new ones, with brazed fittings, right and left hand threads, and all of the rubber, steel washers and nuts. George

I agree with George on buying a new one. I know their expensive, as is everything else we buy for our cars, but if you count the pieces that make up that rod, there's over a dozen pieces. Hugh might have a complete one but you'll still need new rubbers. PJ
