I don't know if y'all read the reader comments below the story (most aren't worth the ink to print them) but there are two cars in the background. The one on the left is a '59 Chevy wagon. I can't make out the one on the right but I suspect it is either a DeSoto or a Chrysler.

J.K. Yes its a paywall thing. Can't really blame them in this new internet model but I don't think it's sustainable.

Try a different browser. Usually they give you x amount of free views before you hit the paywall.
