Has Anyone installed Fanelli's roller rockers ? Charlie |

Everybody I've spoken with loves them, the engine really comes alive, and no more tappet wear issues. I'm sure satisfied owners will chime in. David |

I spoke with David a few minutes ago, he misread thinking you were inquiring about my roller camshaft kits. Len |

I have them but I don't have any time on them yet as the car is nearing completion |

I would be interested to know if modification to the pedestals or valve stem height were necessary to get the correct valve stem geometry Charlie |

The short answer is no. Other than I had to ream one bushing. I bought a new shaft but no modifications were necessary. I should also say I installed new valves. The tips should be smooth or you risk damaging the roller tip. Be sure to let the rockets soak in oil overnight so that the tip and bushing are well saturated Cheers Bill Chasser jr TD4834 |

Thanks Bill So you were able to measure your correct valve lift of .430 and had good positioning of the witness mark on the valve stem by only adjusting your push rod length. Is this correct ? Charlie |

C Mac quarrie, sorry for my slow response. That is correct. No issues with fitting the rockers. I have run the engine but no real time as yet to determine if there would be a problem. But I don't foresee any. They are well constructed. Regards Bill Chasser Jr. TD4834 |
