Triumph TR3 - TR3 pics

Here's a ton of pics of a late TR3. I feel like I want to take it home and fix all the little details that would drive me nuts to look at. The car has a lot of potential. I would like to have it as a driver/fiddle around car. Do you think he'd trade for a similar TR4? The first thing I'd do is put the seams back in the ends of the rockers. The top is a real trip, too. The webbing must be inches too long, or not attached in the rear. But it has the flap in the right place. Lots of other things to nitpick, kinda like a dog that's in need of a lot of love and attention, I'd love to have it.

Could you provide the link to view the car?

Is it a car that is actually for sale? Needs lots of TLC. Looks like it might of had a backyard resto a few years back. Soft top looks fairly new and yes bows are out of wack. Maybe hasn't had a top for a while, noticed no brackets for side curtains. Does have the wider headlight rims. Too bad such a runaway on the red spray bombs. Masking would have helped. But a project for someone. What kind of shape are your 3's compared to this one Tom?

It's for sale on ebay. The one with black wheels. Yesterday it was up to 3.5K I think.

Mine are similar, just all those things that could be fiddled into something I could be proud of need to be done. It reminds me a lot of the TR4 when I bought it. It's much better than any of the TR3's when I bought them.
