I won't have my car there but am anxious to hob nob with the stem glass people. Didn't go last year becouse of a painting project, ended up to hot any way. This year the weather looks more hospitable. If you are displaying a car ,how about a small BBS sign on it to let us know you are 1 of us nuts.

I'll be looking for yours Rod. A couple of small droppings? Just be carefull, the damage to the pretty little blue car could be dreadful.

Gents,
Well Bellevue was something. What a gorgeous collection of cars! I felt like the poor cousin with my slightly bug encrusted, not quite as gleaming car. (I buffed it as best I could).
If you missed this show - go next year.
I did a total of 1638 miles round trip, top down motoring. I got seared by the sun and cooled by rain squalls. Even got little sun burn dots on my hands through the back of my driving gloves.
I'm sorry that I didn't get to meet any of the group, but there's next time.

Steve- I saw your car and asked about you but could not find you. Was that you with the wife and kid under the umbrella?. Nice car and had forgotten you were coming until I saw the Alberta plate and said "that has to be Steve" I did talk to Mike Crane and his wife that were 2 cars down from you. The Bellevue show is nice but the Portland show is bigger and the classic races that go on at the same time brings back alot of memories.

Don,
Sorry I missed you. That was probably my brother-in-law, wife and child who you saw. My wife and I spent most of our time wandering, munching and wishing. That was my car however.
We may have a whack at Portland next year. I would have liked to hit the ATDI in Olympia, but can only really afford one big run per season. These long hauls do more damage to me than my six.

You must make plans to make the 2006 ATDI. We will be having it at the Evergreen Aviation Museum in McMinneville,Oregon. Sponsoring club is the PTOA. TRs will be prominently displayed in front of the museum on grass fronting a state highway. The banquet will be held in the main building under the wings of the Spruce Goose. We are planning in rolling out a Supermarine Spitfire and having each participant's TR photographed in front of it. I know that Don and Rod will be there (?). This is going to be a first class event. You can reach the PTOA website at portlandtriumph.org for more information.
By the way the wife and I really enjoyed the ABFM at Bellevue. Hope to see all of you at the Portland ABFM in September.

Sounds like a nice trip and event. Some good miles put on your 6. Glad to hear some of you "Southern" folk are meeting up at car shows.

Our big show at Bronte is approaching quickly and I hope the Igloo group is ready.
