Triumph TR6 - Best Place for Posting Ads
Reluctantly, I must sell my '72 TR6. Any recommendations on the best list/site to place my ad? Thanks. John |

John, I recently sold my '72 on ebay it took all of 14 hours to complete, try to use buy it now and set a price commensurate to the cars actual value and/or your desired price. A real plus is to take as many pictures as you can handle by the time I was done with my ad it cost me $95.00 but it was well worth it. Regards, Keith |

I also had good luck with Old Car Trader.com listed it theer this winter and had about 10 decent leads but hard to sell a sports car with 2 feet of snow on the ground. Keith |

Keith how much, or what percentage of the sale price did eBay claim? I have just been watching a TV program that did not have a lot of good thing to say about eBay I am just about to advertise mine so would like to hear of your experience |

Clive, $95 was the total price from e-bay to my account so overall not bad. Keith |

I bought mine through e-bay about 5 yrs ago, luckly it was local so I was able to see it. If you are going to list it make sure you read some of the other listings and pay attention to the shipping. |
