Triumph TR6 - Elec. Tach

I fnally went out and bought the Mallory elec. dist. Now I can't find the companies who do the change over to the tach. Rick, is there mention of someone in that monsterous DVD?

Who was it that converted there tach with another type?

Mine was converted by Revington. $50 plus. Did a good job but I have heard of others buying a modern tach and using the guts. Bit of a project.

I converted mine I used a doner from a older jeep it was very easy the pointer is even very close

I do not believe there is any mention of this on the CD. There is a list of suppliers at the beginning of the CD. In that list is a "Monster" list of suppliers. Maybe have a look there.

Am I loosing it, or was this just talked about on this BBS with several guys mentioning their source?
