Triumph TR6 - Fuel Trap Bracket

Still having trouble with my carburettors but seems to be getting better with use, at least that's what I want to believe. After reading Doug Baker's thread, I'm psyching myself up to do a proper rebuild. Especially since I noticed that the EGR control valve is on the front carb instead of the back. Which gets me to my question.

I'm missing the bracket that holds the fuel/flame trap between the EGR valve and the rear carb. It looks like it is just a bent piece of steel and easy enough to fabricate. Can anybody get me the dimensions or point me to a source? Google is failing me on this.

Gene:
The Roadster Factory carries both parts. Bent clip that holds the fuel trap to the bracket is Part # 156712 - cost $0.60 and the bracket that attaches to the top of the top pan is Part # UKC2187 - cost $5.89. Good luck.

TRF is out and so is their supplier. Told me to fabricate it or get it used. I have an English car junk...er, recycling yard over in Pa so maybe I'll head over there. In the meantime, if I have to fabricate it, I'd like to get it close so if someone would kindly measure the length to the "up" part, the length of the "up" part, the width ( I probably can guess this) and the thickness of the metal ( again I think I can guess), I would be appreciative.

Gene-Is this the bracket? It looks similar to the one in the TRF catalog, but isn't bent. I have an extra 75 engine with all the emission stuff, but can't find the bracket that was attatched to the valve cover stud.

I suspect it is but the clip on my trap is for a vertical attachment. Thanks for the tape measure. I was figuring 3" was about right. I've got some stock in the basement so I'll get my hacksaw and pliers out and see what I can do. It is more annoying than anything. The trap and hoses just flop around.
