Triumph TR6 - hard top

I am looking for a original hard top for my 72 tr6.

Can anyone help me ?

Ira,

The most common spot to find these is on ebay. They are however, IMHO, overpriced and rarely complete. That is not to say that you will not find a nice one that is ready to go, but be prepared to pay dearly.

Parts are available, TRF and Rimmer(?) sell most everything to put one back in shape, includiong all the chrome trim.

You might find one in the 'for sale' sections of www.6-pack.org or www.britishcarforum.com, i have seen them there from time to time.

When my wife bought her car new, the dealer threw one in because it was painted to match her car, #73 maple. Hers was the only maple car he had ever seen. I think they went for about $150 back then. Look for a good one to go for $800 - $1,000 today. (All USD)

I have a black 1976 TR6 after market hardtop that I have never used. It's in very good condition, and has always been stored in climate controlled garage. Asking $300.
