Triumph TR6 - looking for a favor

This is directed at members in the northwest area. I would like to bid on some bits for my TR250 on Ebay, but the company does not ship to Canada. What i am looking for is someone kind enough to have the parts shipped to their place, and then forwarded on to me ( collect of course ) in British Columbia. Yes, you can open the box and see whats inside if you like, just re-pack it and forward it on to me. No, im not going to send a cheque for you to cash, and keep some of the money, and send me the remainder to my account in Nigeria! Hopefully this does not sound to "fishy" and someone will be able to help.

Hey, Mitch. You might try sending the goods to a Post Office in the city of your choice via "General Delivery". Then go pick them up. Used to work for me...

Brent and Rick, thanks for the comments. Their policy is to only ship to an address, they will not ship to a PO box etc. And they wont ship internationally. Not sure why, as i have shipped and recieved many parts back and forth over the border and it has never been a hassle at all. They are an "E Bay" re-seller, meaning they sell goods for others, and keep a cut of the profits. Oh well, i still have 3 days to go.

I know the frustration Mitch - I guess they figure it is too much trouble for their cash gain......little do they realise that occasionally we will happily pay an additional premium. Livinghere, in the most isolated capital city on the planet, you get used to it.....but things are improving.

Come on guys, someone, anyone..... I thought contributors this board would be in for this...
