Triumph TR6 - Mallard 106
Does anybody ouy there have a 'Mallard' TR6. Mine was originally that color and can't decide if I should return to it from the 'Teal'(another duck) that it came with. Would love to see a pic of a Mallard car if anybody has one. Peter |

Peter: The one thing I discovered about Mallard is it doesn't photograph quite like you see it 'live'. I e-mailed pictures to friends that later came to visit, and the response was "It's green! All the pictures are blue". That said, check out the TR6 section of the Triumph Registry, http://www.trregistry.com/start/registry/html/TR6/index.htm Page 5 shows two Mallard cars, Ron Randolph's, and mine. Never have figured out if it was my camera, or what.....but I sure like the color! happy moToRing!!! Rod |

Mine varies from Lemon yellow to smoking grey, to flaming red depending on its temperment on any particular day. Inevitibly, I turn exasperated pink. Having said that, I went for a great little toddle this am. Off to Watkins Glen this weekend. If anyone sees a red TR at the side of the road, please wave. |

In the summer of 80 I spent a great weekend with my bro in law, also a 6 owner, and watch the 6 hrs at the Glen. Do they still have that? The whole weekend was fuzzy but I think I had a great time! Don K. |
