Triumph TR6 - Orig. Goodyear Redline Avail. - Never Used
Should anyone be in need of an orig. (dated) Goodyear Redline which has never been used, please contact me as I have had an oppotunity to (finally, 32 years later...) remove it from the "spare" rim. I'd like to see it go to someone doing a "Full" restoration (who already has enough headaches/bills). Cheers! |

just remember that this is only for a trailer queen, you can probably expect the tire to disontegrate 10 or fifteen minutes after reaching 50 miles per hour/ |

Too true. Although it "appears" like-new. I had a chunk come off my RR Potenza (belt showing) on the 401 last week (at rather a high speed). Needless to say the LR went on the spare, both fronts moved to the rear, and new rubber purchased for up-front. |

I would be surprised if you didn't find an ecstatic concours guy with a nice home for your tire. Too bad it doesn't still have the new tire sticker on it. I went to a local car show a couple of years ago and this Healey 3000 had brand new old bias ply tires, very nice detailing (as close to perfect as I've ever seen). The spare was just like the ones on the ground, with the new sticker on it. I was impressed. That said, I'm sooo happy to have nice radials on my car. What a difference. Jealous as I am of the concours crowd, I like to drive. |

Looks like Doug can make use of it. Glad to see it's not going to landfill. |
