If I'm at the top of the Totem Pole, then I guess that I'm . . . . No, I won't admit it.

I'm still 20, I'm still 20. I'm still 20. Maybe I'll convince myself.

46 years next May with "TRusty", 38 years tomorrow with Louise, but I met her 5 years before I got the TR. Oh! The two loves in my life !

Don Elliott, 1958 TR3A, Montreal, Canada

PS - Hey ! This survey only covers TR owners who go on this site.
Don Elliott

With rounding the average age is 50?

Dayum!
D Hasara

HEY - I'm still 49. And if you figure that my b-day is early March, that puts me at 49.71 years old. Talk about being average.

Brent
Brent B

and I'm 56 really.

so there.

J
Jim Deatsch

Brent - Mathematically, you are right, but no TR owner is average - we are special, unique, different, interesting, fun-loving . . . . . .

We could go on all day . . . . .

But what is the mean? What is the median? What is the standard deviation? (Jim, thats a math term, and has nothing to do with gooses or goosing). And who, besides me, still has all their hair and teeth? John
JL Bryan

Uuuh... In light of this survey I definitley should put my TR6 in a bag for 20 or 30 years... But I really dont want to, so I wont :)

I have just decided that this age thing must be a US&Canada thing, over here in europe TR6 are for stressed&burned-out fathers of small children with mortages ;)

No offence guys... I'm just honestly a little bit surprised about this age distribution!

SR (has got most of the hair left (except for that one tiny spot), and only one after-market tooth )
SignalRed

Good work Mati! That's hilarious.
Bryn

And what's the average viagra consumption among TR6 owners. I wonder it it's higher or lower than muscle car owners....

JP
John Parfitt

Viagra ? TR's don't have a backseat, so what's the point.
Eric de Lange

Zero Viagara for me. I don't need any yet ! Remember I'm still 20.

BTW, do you know the difference between Viagara and Niagara ? Niagara goes down.

I stopped in a town in Kansas driving the TR3A home from VTR in Breckenridge, Colorado in 2001 where the water tower for the town name had once said AGARA.

The grads from the local High School had climed up on Prom night and added the pre-fix VI to make VIAGARA. The Mayor and Police Chief didn't appreciate that !

Eric---the've got front seats, have you no imagination!!
R. Algie

Viagara, we don't need no stinkin' viagara we drive small cars we don't need to compensate for anything
dgf Finch

That's right R.Algie, they do indeed have front seats, that things are shall we say "possible" and that we also "have data." If you want more room, they also have tonneau convers that can be spread on the ground and they clean up easy......
SteveP

No back seat but lots of head room.
Bryn

True story about the tonneau cover route. In college, I had a 1963 MGB, but it was only 5 or 6 years old at the time. It was clearly a yankee car because of the rust that came through within a few months of my purchase! One night, a guy got engaged and the fiancee had a bunch of friends over, we all got really, really drunk, etc. I went somewhere with one of the girls and had a vague recollection of spreading out the tonneau cover on grass somewhere. The next morning, my white jeans had tire marks across the thighs, but I was totally unbruised. No one could ever figure out the tire marks!
JL Bryan

Thanks Mati
You realise a simple average would have done. But OH no you have to rub things in ..
:)

John start up on that math business again and I'll send you a Canada Goose wearing boxing gloves to check out your pearly whites. That will show the "mean" difference:)

Viagra and TRS.

TR250 Single Certified many times.
Tr6 Married Certified once? No sense of humour.

TR250 days disclaimer: No bouffant hair or spring/shock damage to any participant was ever recorded by EPA. Quite a comfortable ride actually.

In Canada of course tossing a bit of cold Tonneau plastic on the ground in a moment of passion. Will definately get you a lot of action you weren't hoping for.

Bryn of course is most sensible if you realy think about it?

Bill

Bill Brayford

By the way anyone who hasn't seen the new MINI TV ad watch for it.:) 2 may be a stretch for the TR? GEEEEES well Hum maybe?
Bill Brayford

Life starts with 40, so in fact we average only 19,7 years !
Erik (16)
E. Creyghton

You Canadians either have to add 77% or subtract 77%. I am still trying to figure out which is more appropriate.
Don K.
DON KELLY

Bill, how did a Goose find its way into this thread? And what is the average number of gooses per canadian? Ehhh?
JL Bryan

Regardless of the average, I'm sure Canadian women get more gooses then men. Nyuk , nyuk.
Brent B

The plural of goose (the bird) is geese. Gooses is the correct word to use in the context that Brent has used it. BTW you are right.
