Triumph TR6 - SU carb help

Does anyone know the proper nomenclature for the small reducers/choke cable stops that prevent the choke cables from falling through the hole on the body of the carb? The ZS's use the retaining clip but if I remember my midget had samll brass guides that stoped the cable from falling through while providing a stop of sorts to pull the cable up to apply choke. The SU's I have have the holes just not the reducers (? unsure what they are called) can't find them on any SU parts site.

JT, go to TRF and look at the Blue Book.

Doug, all I can find in the blue and green books are ZS, PI and weber...no SU's...I'll check again

JT, you could try a bike shop.
The Haynes carburator manual as well as the SU Workshop manual from Burlen Fuel Systems LTD show the "retainer" but do not name it or list a partnumber reference.

Gee Don, thats such a huge help. Think about it....

Jim-If you can't find a local source, I have an extra set made from brass.

Jim Is this what you need ?

DON KELLY

Don, thanks but thats not it...heck they have those at Wal-Mart. I didn't mean to sound short with you in my previous post. I'm going to look around locally at some bike shops this weekend. Berry, I'll let you know...I hate to keep bugging you for parts ; )
JT White

I have no frickin idea what you need.
DON KELLY

What part#?

DON KELLY

Jim-I just turn them from a piece of brass rod. Does your carbs use individual choke cables, like the stock carbs? If you want a source for the original ones, try Joe Curto, the SU guru-www.joecurto.com/
Don-He is looking for the thingies that attatch the choke cable to the carb body. Totally different on SU vs ZS.

I'm going to run the solid choke cables from the ZS's with springs on the SU choke linkages. The SU's really only need one but I figured I'll leave it as is and run both...don't need the chokes much here in FL as it is.
JT White

Jim-Some SU use a separate cable for each carb, other 1 cable for both carbs as on the MGB.
Anyway, here is what I have:
