Triumph TR6 - TR6 Jack

This may be of interest to my Canadian friends or our Southern brothers close to our borders. The Princess Auto chain has a big sale on - again - and they have a 2 - ton scissors jack very similar to the original TR6 jack for just $9.88 CDN, regular price $24.99. Since my TR6 arrived sana jack I bought one yesterday. From what I recall of the dimensions of my old TR4A jack this one looks a little more robust, just a tad bigger and almost identical. Not original but a great deal until the sale ends Feb. 27th. Check out TRF's original jack at $79.95!

What color is it? I'm still searching to replicate the weird Aegean sea blue/green that mine was originally before I bead blasted it clean and primed it!!

I got this one last summer. It's a bit larger than the original and is yellow in colour. You can see it at http://www.princessauto.com/moreinfo.cfm?TAG=96295&SCAN=CAN . For the price it's better than no jack at all! Princess auto also has a number of nice toolbags at reasonable prices, so I now have a "custom" jack and case in the back of the TR6!

I meant real close to the border. No cross-border shoppin' for the good ole boys from 'Bama. Anyway, it's a nice yeller jack. Same with the other 12 sale items I didn't really need but just had to have!

Know exactly what you mean...I think it is better than spending 2 hours in CDN TIRE!
You can't go in there without buying something.
I can not think of a store like it in the US.
