Triumph TR6 - Triumph shield logo

Does anyone have a digital picture/drawing of the early Triumph shield logo? I need one that is fairly large that can be digitized and engraved on my wind blocker. I already have a very small versions.

Does not need to be in colour...B&W is best.

Thanx

Hi Rick,

I have the "Book" in a Mastercam file and could convert it to a dxf. or dwg. format... or many others. I re-constructed it from a print so it may not be dead on but will be close. Provided that the geometry is not used commercially I can supply it to you.

Cheers, Rob

Which one?

Rick... this link to an item on eBay shows the shield I presume you are looking for. If I scan something from a text book and send it to you will that help?

How's this?

Thanks guys.
That is one big logo there Don. Someone put a bit of effort into it.
Rob thanks. I had considered to offer it to others with wind blockers but I am sure you can appreciate that there would be VERY few. One, you have to have a wind blocker, Two you have to have an early TR6, and third it has to be sent to Oakville ON. I see little demand so probably will not pursue it. I am not going to do the wreath.

I presume my buddy needs a .DXF file for his machine. if you do not mind I would like to have a look at what you have. I would like it in gif, jpeg what ever other than DXF. I am sure he can take any format.

I have one that I got off the WWW and have been cleaning it up a bit. It is black and white so perfect for digitizing. Not sure of the pixel steps and how well they will "disappear" when sent to the milling machine though.

I plan to put white LEDs on the bottom of the blocker. Should have a nice effect but I am sure only visible at night.
Thanx again

it is rjcassocatlynxdotorg.

Remove the "at" and the "dot". Obviously replace with appropriate symbols.

Thanks Rob.

Thanks Don
That is exactly what I want. I have the same and have gone into Paint Shop and reduced the pixeling on the curves.
Kinda neat how one can R Click on and object and save it to your PC.

I have thought about the vinyl also. I know a few people with vinyl cutting machines.
Thanks
