Triumph TR6 - Water Pumps
Who is doing good quality rebuilds on OE water pumps out there? I'm hearing this is the way to go as the new ones on the market are of poor quality and are simply not holding up...Anyone been down this road recently? |

Had my Wedge done by a firm in Or. There is another one in that state that does a good job too. |

Hello, I have gone down the same road and I have replaced my water pump with the ally one Revington TR is selling with 8 fins instead of the original 4. I know it's a bit pricy, but it's worth the trouble as you will notice a marked improvement. |

The problem with the multivane unit is the cavitation it could cause |

Uh Don...It was my understanding that the 6 vane (slanted) Revington sells obviates caviation that may occur with the OEM 4 vane (straight) type!! What'd I miss? db |

I heard the other way around, Well maybe it was to much flow I remember that it was not a good idea. That's what I remember |
