Triumph TR6 - Where do these go?
26 degrees today in Minneapolis, and so the projects begin. Installing new front brake pads; the fitting kit includes not only the retaining pins and the spring pins, but also two quite large(2 1/2") "W" shaped wire things. Been through the manuals and can't find anything on these. Could be they are for a different car application. Anyone know? Thanks, Keith |

Keith Was suppose to go for a good run today with club but it is raining pretty good. I would say for a different application. Rick |

Sounds like anti-rattle springs, like Rick says - probably for a different car. Wouldn't hurt to double check the part number or ask the supplier what's up. |

You poor guys up north. Yesterday was the first day our weather was cool enough to drive a convertible TR6 with black seats! Summers in South Florida are brutal. Saturday mornings or Sunday at twilight are about the only time the TR6 gets out. For the next 6 or 7 months, I can drive it all the time, unless its raining. I love winters! John |
