Triumph TR6 - Woo Hoo!

It was 65 deg F and time for the first top down drive of the year. Put about 60 miles on it. Lovin' that new ignition.

Oh man, you're getting as bad as John now Brent.

You just HAD to say that didn't you? Just HAD to.

I think we should make all the guys who live where it's warm move to the Nawth for a couple of years. Then they'd take pity on us poor hosers up here.

I have been to Florida many times. I once saw a bumper sticker that read, "When I get old, I'm going up north and drive slow !"

That's why we live down this way. Just got in from a little yardwork followed by a round of frosty Margaritas on the back porch. Almost as good as a drive in a Triumph.......

(of course you get to laugh at us when August hits with full force and drives us inside for the air conditioning)

You are one lucky fellow Steve, when I was in Marietta on thursday there was some snow on the ground, but still a lot warmer than here in the great white north!!

Dare I ask what brought you down to the land of the Big Chicken? It's all part of that southern hospitality thing, we wanted you to feel at home. Instead you may have thinking to yourself something along the lines of "sunny south my a$$." We get just enough snow and ice to remind what a pain it can be. We got maybe two inches where we are, friends out to the north and east got up to about five. By Saturday morning there was absolutely no trace and we were running around in short sleeves. Maybe Peter G has the right idea. Trade winds, moderate climate year round, the biggest problem I see is where do you go on vacation when you live in Hawaii?

Steve; just stopped in to your city to visit relatives on Woodlawn dr. just off lower Roswell on our way back from Key West. People from Hawaii vaction in Key west as I met some there but they never said why.

Gotta love the Keys!

Spent Easter weekend in 1994 in Key West, Louise and I stayed at a Bed & Breakfast. It was very nice, but at breakfast the next morning, we were "the only odd couple".

It never, ever snows here. The coldest weather this year was a few nights ago when it was in the high 30's when I woke up, but it ended up getting almost to 70 even then. This weekend was perfect-highs of 73 and clear skies above!

Finally, I got my brake lights and rear lights working, so I could safely drive!
