MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - Best wishes for Bob McClain
Just wanted to inform those of you that know Bob, he is undergoing heart surgery. His wife informed me when I called him this week. He has been very helpful to me and my V8 project. Lets all say a prayer for him and wish him a speedy recovery. Morgan Sellgren |

I just got off the phone with McClain. He sounded good, and thinks he may be spring from the big house today (Thursday). Sounds as though Ian Pender is doing well also. Both of these gentlemen have given up cigarettes. Good thing. Both of these gentlemen are still planning on attending Tennessee as well as St.Louis. Later! rick |

Give them both my regards - I met Bob and Ian both at the John Twist Summer Party in Grand Rapids in 1995. Ian and I got lost in his black V-8 roadster on the way to the field meet! Bob has a great saying when it comes to Rover V-8s - "A guy can never have enough motors!" Cheers, Paul Kile |
